Myesha Jones is the October 2026 Chapter Champion

Our October Chapter Champion is Myesha Jones. She serves on the PRSA Georgia Membership committee and as liaison for members in Savannah and Southeast Georgia, serving as an important local touchpoint for these members in our statewide organization.

Jones is the marketing & communications manager at the Savannah Convention Center, and oversees all marketing and communications for the facility — from media relations and social media to campaigns, branding and executive communications. Since she is a one-person department, Jones wears a lot of hats and works with teams across the organization to promote events, support business goals and tell the Center's story.

For more than 15 years, Jones has led marketing, communications and public relations across fields as diverse as hospitality, healthcare, commercial real estate and entrepreneurship. She has built communications programs from the ground up, advised executive leaders, managed high profile campaigns and generated more than $76 million in earned media. She is passionate about mentoring others and using strategic communications to create lasting impact.
