We know you’ll have great entries, so it's time to add the Phoenix Award deadlines to your calendar and start planning your submissions.

Deadlines and pricing

• Early Bird entries: Wednesday, July 8 – Wednesday, July 22, 2026
  • $95 for members, $125 for nonmembers
• Regular entry period: Thursday, July 23 – Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026
  • $140 for members, $180 for nonmembers
• Late entries: Friday, Aug. 7 – Friday, Aug. 21, 2026
  • $190 for members, $240 for nonmembers

As you know, our Phoenix Awards and Award of Excellence winners are recognized at our annual Awards Celebration in November. This year, the Awards Celebration will be hosted at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre on Thursday, Nov. 12, 2026.
